Dear [Persons Name],

In response to your above referenced letter please find the attached “Courtesy Notice” as my effort to bring peace, harmony, and clarity to what may be perceived as confusion and controversy. Please note that there are recent developments unfolding that you may not be aware of that are changing things significantly…for the better.

An awakening is taking place on a massive scale that we are all participating in. Many are coming to know that a few at the top of the food chain have enabled private for-profit corporations (some of which are masquerading as governments) to effectively enslave humanity through control of financial, government, military, judicial, and law enforcement systems and various policies/programs that affect taxation, energy advancement, food production, water safety, and basically every aspect of our lives and this includes you and your family for generations to come. You may be able to reflect on your own career to circumstances where you know this to be true as well. You are free too, you just do not know it yet.

The awakening is peaceful and it is for all the people on the planet, not just in the USA. We intend peace with all who unknowingly and even knowingly contributed to the former slave system.

With regard to this “Courtesy Notice”, which you are advised to read very very carefully so that you fully understand it’s impart, I do call your attention to the following issues:

Respondent [you] are specifically advised that you are now acting personally in your job capacity, you no longer have the safety net of the former alleged “Internal Revenue Service” corporation or the former alleged “Department of the Treasury” corporation or any other alleged agency of the former alleged Federal Government corporation to assist you, therefore you will be held personally and financially liable for every action you take against another human being under Common Law and preserved by public policy UCC 1-103, and Universal law. I also realize that you may think that you are “only doing your job” as you perceive it to be but that never has been and never will be an acceptable excuse for operating, perpetuating or participating in any slavery system against your fellow citizens, the One People of this planet.

Please see “Schedule A” of the “Courtesy Notice” for my Terms and Conditions of my offer to Contract with you. If you or any other alleged agent of the IRS decide to carry out any further dealings with me in any way, either by mail, email or any personal contact from this day forward you will have triggered my legal and binding Contract with you. The “Courtesy Notice” very clearly spells out the terms and conditions of so doing. Read it very carefully.

Please understand that there are no threats of any kind implied or other wise here, only an offer to contract, hence the term “Courtesy” in the notice. You are obviously not aware of the UCC filings that have foreclosed on all Corporations (of which the IRS was) world wide so it is hereby my responsibility to inform you of this in a ‘courteous’ manner to bring your awareness up to speed. What you do from this point forward is totally up to you. You are now aware and have been notified. It is done.

You may wish to take special note of “Schedule A” of this notice.

If you do not understand fully the ramifications of the “Courtesy Notice” enclosed then I suggest that you have your legal department review it’s concept and explain it to you. Any attempt to claim or communicate, in writing, that the UCC does not apply to the alleged “Internal Revenue Service” will also bind my contract to you and you will be invoiced accordingly. The UCC is the law of all commerce world wide.

In addition, due to the “Principal Agent Doctrine”, i.e. “Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent and Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal”, it is now your ‘duty’ to inform other personal, up or down your chain of command, of the imparts of this Courtesy Notice as it now applies equally to every single Principal and Agent at the alleged “Internal Revenue Service” regardless of their alleged position. Use of the term herein of “alleged” is because of the Foreclosure of all Corporate entities world wide. All “Legal Fictions” no longer have any lawful standing thereby placing every person on the planet into the status of a “Sovereign” individual, including you, and regardless of alleged position each and every person is now operating under full personal responsibility and liability for every action one takes unless you have a legally binding contract with a wet ink signature between you and another individual. Harm to one is harm to all.

How do you avoid being invoiced for agreeing to the terms of my Courtesy Notice? Simple, since you do not have a legally binding contract with a wet ink signature between you and me you do not contact me via telephone or in writing ever again unless you wish to agree to the terms of my offered contract with you. In addition, from this point forward, any person/agent contacting me will also receive an invoice with the same amounts as yours if you trigger my contract so it is not only in your best interest but also in the interest of your other fellow workers that they also be notified of the “Courtesy Notice” you just received. Remember the ”Principal Agent Doctrine” aspect here.

In particular I might draw your attention to “Charges” listed under Schedule A” numbered as 1, 2, 6, 12, 14, and 16. Also take note that those amounts listed under these numbered items are in “Troy ounces of 99.9% Silver” and not in US Federal Reserve Notes. For example in my Schedule A, ‘if’ you or any other alleged agent calls or contacts me again for any reason, you will be invoiced and personally liable to pay me 2,000 oz of silver as per the contract and in addition to any other valid charges listed therein. Note that this is only one of the possible charge numbers listed above that will apply if you decide to contract with me on my terms. I am sure you can do the math regarding these numbered items.

Why am I sending you this “Courtesy Notice”? Am I trying to make money from you? No. I am actually trying to help protect you from losing everything you have. I suggest you take this very seriously and consider deeply the legal ramifications of any further actions against me before you continue.

As a precaution for the future I also suggest that you delete any and all internal IRS files relating to my IMF so as not to accidentally trigger my Contract with you. Otherwise ANY computerized automatic mailings are also contact and will also trigger my Contract with you even if you are unaware of them.

Do not hesitate to inform others about these events as well as the greater awakening that is unfolding world wide. You are welcome to join us, the awakened, in your new ‘sovereign’ status also as it includes everyone on the planet automatically. You are also free. What we do today will advance society and unleash a golden era going forward. Feel free to ‘share’ this cover letter and “Courtesy Notice” information with friends, co-workers and family if you wish. By sharing this “Courtesy Notice” with them, you will be doing them a service, as I am now doing for you with this Courtesy Notice. [By sharing this Courtesy Notice with anyone, you will not be agreeing to a contract with me nor will I invoice you for any payment for sharing this Notice.] Only for continued actions directed to me personally by you or any other agent.
