What up ALL!!!! Hands Up for A Happy Hump Day!!! Though a little linear, I AM feeling…..well a LOT of things. Incoming!!!! ️ Thank Ya Kindly. (Wouldn’t it be great to reverse aging and sickness just like THAT, and live to like 300? Lol, Ok maybe 250, no need to be greedy, lol).

So the HEALING Beds are open and ready for use Campers, lol, just have to share that. You KNOW how to access them, and until they are in every Walmart and Corner, lol, you will just have to reach IN and UP ️ for now. Do not take my word for it, it is something you have to feel to believe. The instructions are an Open Source kind of deal, lol. ALL are Welcome. And yes, many of You know they have ALWAYS Been ready for Use. ️️

So yesterday’s adventure was my return trip to the “Dental Surgeon”, lol. Now before I get into this, Loving Heart aside? The Dentist Chair is not something I have ever looked forward to, even with the Coolest Dentist in Queens, lol, who shares an office with the Surgeon. We have a pretty cool connection, besides being Buds, I am assigned to work at the same High School he went to, and his Sister in Law, who I met long before I ‘randomly’ made an appointment many years ago, is an Incredible Math Teacher at this elementary Girls Yeshiva I worked with. A Real Spitfire, lol. Awesome. Those kids will remember her forever, a True Role Model.

Now along my trajectory, I may or may not have been one of those folks who at times Spouted Out something I read on a Fulford posting, barely Knowing what I was talking about, lol. Perhaps a little less (Aware) cognizant of meeting people where they are at than I AM now. Which can turn a lot of folks off. A Lot. My Bad. ?️

Energetic apologies, you know I Love You, and I AM off the Spouting other people’s stuff without examining, integrating and keeping the ALL in mind train. Very Thankful for You, Real Talk. ️?️

So before the first visit I was a little shook, I am not going to lie. You know what the mind can do in that state, lol, and after the second confirmation call (Tots ignored the first one, lol, and I am pretty sure I had something to do with the ‘there may be a charge for late cancellations’ sign near the sign in window, lol) I just said, OK Self? Cut the shit, this helps no one, NOW TRUST that things are perfect and you will be OK.

I may or may not have freaked out a bit when they initially called that morning, to let me know this was not a consult. We were going Live, lol. (What! Surgery! How does no one explain what is happening!!!? Can the Dr. Call me?, lol).

Talked with the dentist when I got there for a few, who ‘warns’ me that this surgeon is going to talk my ear off, lol, but he is amazing at what he does, and that he TRUSTS him with his patients. When I went to sign in, the receptionist gave me one of those knowing smiles I mention from time to time, but did not really register at the time. The Dentist brings me to the room to meet the surgeon, (perhaps it was My Loud Bright Orange Tie Dye Hoodie) an unassuming Dude, and with with a warm smile he says:

“Finally. A Live Patient”

Goodbye Fear, ️️

He then starts to draw a diagram of EXACTLY what he was going to do, on the flip side of a form I had to sign, checking for understanding as he talked. This procedure is no joke, but I Knew I was in good hands, just from our initial interaction. He spoke in a calm, reassuring, REAL tone.

And he had jokes, lol. He saw me throw on one headphone (WLUV Helps Self Healing too,

lol ️️️) and we begin talking music. Well, he did most of the talking, lol, as he fixed me up. He talked about the music, but also about stage shows, styles, management, everything.

Now I will put my musical conversational chops/interests up there with anyone, and Love any and ALL of it….so super excited for the new Music I have recently been turned on to……could not wait to tell him about those Detroit Cats I met recently….and as I mentioned my amazing musical night, I felt this dude could give two shits, lmao. Not in a negative way, mind you, more of a ‘cool, you are on your path, same as me’ kind of way. Or so I thought. He would explain why he was doing what he was doing as we talked about some bands and music. Dude is a Maestro with his Instruments and His Methods. No Ego, as He had None that I could register….save for his apparent disdain of new Music, lmao.

It went well, as well as that type of procedure can go, lol, and he gave me some follow up instructions, a few of his personal Motrin, and an appointment for the following week for the top.

Which part of me was so looking forward to! Lol, I KNOW!!! Loving Dental Surgery? The eff? What more proof does One need that things are forever different, lol. Smh.

It just so happens that on the way to the second day of fun, to clear the top, I caught a CC that Lisa and Sheila were having, regarding a fair exchange of energy.

And Vampires. The Goodbye Vampires as I call em, lol. KACB OG’s for Life. Yes we ARE ALL playing, and it is so FUN!…..but shit is REAL UP HERE. Thanks and Love Ladies, Always.

Funny how that works out, ️ I actually laughed as I spit pools upon pools of my blood into that spittoon type thingy next to the dentist chair. Dude asks me what’s so funny, says he thought he liked (inflicting) pain, lol. Share. This dude was Amazingly Far Out, I Am Telling you. Something about Him. This time around, I figured I would not push the issue regarding the friends I met from the D. Only he brought it up. “They just have to get their stage show together, and they can make it too”.

We (well he, lol) then started chatting about some Bands in the 60’s that I Love. Turns out this dude worked in the um ‘hospitality suite’ at his college from 68-72, where like EVERYBODY in the 60’s toured.

(Now this was before my time, but I can just imagine what went down in the Hospitality Suite. Perhaps one of YOU can help me out, lol. Jk, He straight up told me, lol. As that is who you folks ARE).

Then it hit me, ??‍♂️. That ‘2 shits’ look last time was totally misread. It was more “Bro, I hung with Hendrix, Entwhistle, Morrison et al, and here you wanna tell me about the Messenger Birds”.

Heck yeah I do! Those dudes are fantastic, real, have something to say, and will be……It was also like that he knew I would appreciate hearing about that. Another Music Head, with a Different Perspective, Different Experiences. That Common Ground thing that People forget about sometimes. Awesome!!!!

I also laughed, as that has been my reaction to a lot of students when they would play tunes in class. “Ok youngin. I came of Age during the 90’s, when music was real and meant something”…that ol gag, lol. And here was this dude not only doing that to me, but doing it while explaining what he working on as he hacked away some layers, and eased my mind. ️. We are both kind of Laughing too. Did I mention this was Bloody Dental Surgery? Lmao. He finished his work (Love), and gave me a similar aftercare regimen, and said something else, almost in passing. Now I was a lil loopy from the slicing and dicing, lol, so I am not sure of the exact words, but it went something like

“You’re like My One Patient I can’t have anything happen to” ️️

Have a feeling he went home checked the Band out after all, lol. Is it more than about my teeth and gums? Perhaps. Am I falling into Fear about it? Nope. I Met a Real Life Healer who showed me something that I needed to KNOW, NOW. Wow.

I AM Still Processing that day, Obvy, lol, but as Life has it, today was about Mom and Dad’s Neurology appointment, no worries, it will Write itself soon. No Nicholas P without John and Frances P, lol. Ok, they are 2 awesome folks I would so write about had I met them at a Diner if they were not my parents, lol. Quite a Tale.

One thing I can grasp and hopefully express to ALL before that tale is that Flower Children Rock! ALL WAYS!

Perhaps an Energetic Apology to the Flower Children. Love you lots, the whole ‘walk amongst you, it is safe to come out’, lol, bit came more from the Respect I have for you All than anything. My bad if it came across soapboxy and saviorish, lmao. It comes from Love. Always. All Ways.

Perhaps a lil starstruck by folks who Lived it, and feel like a lot of the music of that Era still holds up (and can come out) today. The ENERGY sure as shit did. Ask my Teeth, ️. He wanted none of the adulation, just wanted to tell a cool story to someone who would appreciate it, lol. Thanks Doc!

Have I spent a lot of time Playing in the Parking Lot of a Merry Band of Pranksters drumming and flying away? Si. Did those folks show me LOVE? Absolutely! (Like that Flower Child who saw me starving my way through a sea of people in the Nassau Colosseum Lot, Separated from my Friends and getting the Fear, and decided to hand me a cookie with a hug, at the exact moment I thought “it would be awesome to have any food right now, like even a cookie”, lmao. Just smiled at me and said “Here”. True Story, Early OG Experience, ️). That Shit changed my day, Show, and Life!!! Thank Ya Kindly.

Did people judge their surface? Yup, the circus is back in town, lmao. Did they Give Even One Shit? Nope. Because once you were part of something that Changes the World, Based in Love, what chance does Judgment have?

Smh, lmao. Cool Cat from what they tell me, I just remember being held and comforted by him as a youngster. Heard My Grandmother Candida P. (Who played ‘wouldn’t it be great to LIVE to 105’, and Won, ️️️??️️️) quite the Ahead of Her Time Woman Herself, used to break his um, Chops, lmao over how the Ladies used to Smile at him in Church…and at the Store….and on the Bus….Charismatic Chap that Juan P. apparently, ️. And He Loved Her So). Boy do those Perez Dudes LOVE Spitfire KACB’s who do not bullshit, whether you wanna hear it or not, ️special shout out to Michelle P., and ALL of YOU! ️

Lol, absolutely. I mean the LOVE they have for each other is Pretty Incredible, as is their Sense of Humor. ️??️. Next One Up Perhaps, lol.

Quick Addendum: So I Accompanied Michelle to Vote, because it matters. Always. Even if you say you don’t have a horse in the race: people fought for, died for, and were/are denied the right to. FOH!!!! Shout out to that Special Young Lady who visited some of the Spots I Serve in Queens (who we could not vote for interestingly enough, districts, smh) who was elected. It does not Matter what they label you, or what they call you. I saw you speak, and Your Heart Resonated With People of Queens, who I KNOW pretty well and who I Look Out For. Just BE YOU.

Bestie did not win the court appointment I wrote her in for (love-able yes, but still prone to silliness and increasingly mild merry pranking), but I AM holding out for 2020. ️️️??️️️ ….the Hearts are Letters, shhhhh. ️??️

So Voting in NYC is muy different than voting in North Massapequa. One has cookies, brownies, an empty gym, where the process takes 7 minutes. The other is more like DisneyLand inside a tiny school cafeteria, 45 minute wait time, lmao. I AM calling shenanigans on that shit. You are telling me that a place where 100,000 people are effortlessly searched, frisked, tix scanned in a nice, decent moving fashion can not do the same when it comes to Voting? I’m an asshole sometimes, lol, and a huge Jets fan, but even to me one appears to be more important than the other. Shit, at least this season, ️️. Just sayin.

So Michelle and I enter the fray, and leas a Queens girl, I let her take the lead. Um, Dental Surgery Head Full of Energy People, lol. Ok, she is a KACB, same as you. The place was one big maze pattern of people. Chaos. Disorder. And everyone, well almost everyone was cool. It WAS SO New York City….So AMERICA. We just laughed our way through the shenanigans, lol. “Godspeed! Where does the line start for the scanner?”. As times have changed. In previous years I would see many people walk out in frustration due to the shenanigans. This year? It was a Party in the Chaos, lol. FOH with that. So someone on line tried to engage one of the Poll Workers on Line, and he turns and says “I am not giving any personal opinions. I will save that for home. I am only here to make sure things keep moving”, or something like that, I cannot remember. This I do however:
