Hey news flash, Humans are playing with the weather. This could be ET’s but it could also be the bad guys looking to screw us up again, over and over.
Weather modification was experimental in the 30’s, and 40’s, and 50’s maybe, surely it’s not theoretical but fact 60-90 yrs. later now. Of course we are “free” to interpret/perceive things as we choose to or were programmed to, or not. Whether it’s an “armada of lights” moving in the sky, or ominous cloud shapes or horizontal rainbows…self chosen or assigned meanings of things changes as we grow into more of who what we are and yes, it’s perhaps at minimum, entertaining to see such phenomena.
