After I stopped paying the fraudulent mortgage payments to alleged mortgage servicer GMAC/Ocwen, they placed my home in foreclosure. I was told they were going to sale it many times, however, I requested a loan modification to stop the sale. I was approved for the modification, then OPPT surfaced and I decided to stop struggling to pay the modified mortgage (over $2k/month). I sent courtesy notices to former GMAC/Ocwen in March and was told by them that they were merely the servicer and to contact the Trustee (US Bank). I sent CN to former US Bank along with the letter from GMAC and they said they were merely the Trustee and to contact GMAC/Ocwen. Hilarious!! I also sent a CN to the alleged attorneys handling the matter. GMAC continued to call weekly re: status of my payments after receiving the CN so I invoiced the former manager of the Customer Relations Dept (18k oz of silver) and sent copy of invoice to US Bank. I haven’t heard a word from them since April. No word at all from the alleged attorney. And the house has not been put up for sale. I’ve also sent CNs to various 3rd party debt collectors (in March) and in all but one case they disappeared…the one sticky 3rd party collector hasn’t been invoiced yet, but it’s on my list. The power of love, light and claiming my freedom in this process has been amazing! I AM FREE…ABSENT LIMITS!
My primary intention was to stop and action and to educate those in lower levels of foreclosed org. of what had transpired so they could act with full knowledge. I added to my cover letters links to youtube videos re: where $ actually comes from
