This is the FOLLOW UP to the invoices/CN/FF to the student loan corporation starting
in February 2013. All of this is on the heels of submitting UCC 3-501 series of
notice a year ago, which should have had force and effect. However, since these
corporate parties are marching forward despite the information given in all notices,
then it is evident they choose to IGNORE our sandbox and stick to theirs as though
it has authority. One must remind them who has the ultimate authority, which I did
on my notice. I signed next to my name ‘Divine Spirit Incarnate” as the Pope is
acknowledging this is the removal of immunity for corporate actions in a month or
so. This is FOR the RECORD for me. I want reference back to this when the time comes
that recourse takes place.
The steamroller keeps moving despite it all. They do not play in our sandbox so we
should not be playing in theirs.
After my third and final invoice sent to the home of the alleged CEO, a response
came yesterday from the company legal dept. enclosed in the letter was a ‘fax’ copy
of the invoice sent to the personal home! is that a ‘yikes’? No other letters came
as a result of the CN until now. That equates to 5 months of
acquiescence/non-rebuttal. The final invoices at his home stimulated him to have his
legal department send something out.
My response was this (no scanner so cannot attach anything just yet). 1. Generated a
CN to the person in the legal dept. along with a NOTICE of impasse. 2. returned the
enclosed copy of invoice- final notice back to the alleged CEO (at his home) with an
‘adjustment’ on the amount due to another $10,000 per the contract schedule in the
CN of involving a third party (again). Adjusted the total amount due upwards
accordingly and initialed it.
3. Set a due date and enclosed that in the envelop with a copy of the Notice sent to
the legal department. 4. On the NOTICE I outlined the impasse, the forthcoming
invoices per the CN. Reminded the parties of the UCC Foreclosures, and since their
letter to me stated the matter had nothing to do with UCC law, the notice reminded
the legal department of this pearl:
Everything is contract, and as this matter falls under contract it is guided by a
superseding UCC law international, therefore it is relevant. 5. I reminded the
parties with customized STAMPS that stated NO CONTRACT- (alleged student loan), and
‘refused for lack of proper signature”. Those went on copies of letter allegedly
sent last year reminding me of the amounts due and not forgivable by any means;
enclosed in the envelope and sent back.
6. I made sure everything was signed by me “Without prejudice reserving my explicit
rights per UCC 1-308, 1-103,

The purpose in this follow up is to let the aggregate DOers know what the potential
of responses may be.
Not everything ends like a fairy tale. Even though some of us may be sending notices
in the best way we know, there is no guarantee of redress or recourse. The system
has proven its overall corruption, therefore any loopholes may get closed and new
laws/regs formulated to ‘take care’ of the loopholes and recalcitrant’s who KNOW WHO
THEY ARE.

I have a legal back ground. I have also ‘been there done it’ and suspect how it will
pan out. That does not deter me from steamrolling forward in my own sandbox. As
Ghandi said,” First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you,
then you win.” Stick it out, be smart, stay calm and collected, don’t get emotional,
have Poise, and like Ghandi, you win. Source is in everything and everything is
Source, so one must prevail in Universal Law eventually and with love. So BE it.

also it does not pay t get emotional, to seek attention, or be brash. That all works
against the person accomplishing little to nothing. Stand back and Observe, Do
silently and learn then act. It is all spelled out in “The Art of War” by Lao Tse,
and in other great Master’s dealings. Ego is our achilles heel and is used against
us. We fight against ourselves when we engage it. To master oneself takes practice.
This whole CN endeavor is an initiation into mastery, to know who we really ARE..
its that simple.
