Australia Courtesy Notice, OPPT-IN Website I shared the Courtesy Notices and invoices with two employees of COLLECTION HOUSE LIMITED in Australia. I started the procedures at the beginning of March 2013. The purpose of sharing was to stop them harassing me about a alleged loan I opened in The Netherlands (yup the Banksters followed me half way around the globe to collect a "debt"). At first I was contacted by an International Collection agency/Law firm from the US – “Bluestone" I believe - for my alleged "debt" with a bank in The Netherlands (I completely ignored Bluestone). Since they didn't get anywhere with me they then hired a local, one of Australia's biggest collection agencies to collect the "debt", COLLECTION HOUSE LIMITED (CHL). I knew there probably was not much they could do to get the money from me but I got really annoyed with them about them thinking that they could scare people into paying, threatening with legal actions etc.. So I decide to use the OPPT procedure to show them that not only do we owe nothing to the banks but also that the banks and corporate governments have been foreclosed upon and that they have no case against anyone anymore. I used Registered mail to send my CN to the head manager of the collection agency in Sydney mentioned at the bottom of the letter. Advise: make copies of everything you send and have them certified by the post office clerk, attach the lodgement receipt to the certified copy and have the clerk round-stamp the lodgement receipt and the CN half-half (half on the lodgement receipt and half on the cover letter/notice) to prove that you indeed sent THAT document's original version. I also did that with my invoices (you never know if you’d have to prove anything in court, probably not but just to be on the safe side). Registered mail only registers that you send an envelope it does not register the contents! Advise 2: use “proof of Delivery” so you can track whether it has been delivered. You’ll get a card in your mailbox when it’s delivered. Advise 3: here in Australia you have the option of delivering registered mail PERSON TO PERSON. That’s exactly what I did EVERY TIME. This way they have to PERSONALLY sign for the mail and not some secretary which makes it a lot more personal hence it will have more of an impact (you’re not scared of them, you deliver it in their faces). After I sent my CN to them they made the classical mistake of sending me my file that they had about me at the alleged Bank (amounts due, latest statements etc and the copy of the application form). This I received from another employee from CHL, this time from an employee from Queensland. As soon as I received that documentation (which I of course did not ask for, it did not substantiate the “debt” in any way) I sent a follow up letter to the employee in Queensland (with an invoice) and a separate invoice to the employee in Sydney. For the follow up letter to the employee in Queensland I used a WONDERFUL example that Brian Kelly put on the American Kabuki site on April 4 which Donna from Canada had made and changed it a little bit to serve my particular circumstances. I sent the lot to both of them (again by Registered mail, person to person) on 22 April and… I haven’t heard from either since. After 14 days I decided to send them an overdue notice (again registered mail person to person). VICTORY! IT TOOK THEM 9 (NINE) DAYS TO COLLECT THE MAIL, for both the Sydney as well as the Queensland employee! Registered mail is usually delivered after two days at best (it was presented after a day or two, I checked), unless of course the receiver did not want to collect them. Obviously they were scared sh**tless. As I sais eventually the mail was collected after 9 days. However still no response from either Sydney or Queensland so last weekend I sent my Final Notice to them (again registered mail). I’m still waiting for my customers (CHL) to come back to me… Have faith people. The procedure works but most importantly, as Scot Bartle says, be committed! Follow up when you say you’re following up and keep good records of everything you send to them and receive from them. Also remember you have the law on your side! Blessings to All!! P.S.: See it as a game, that’s what it is to them since they KNOW they’re fraudulent. I had great fun doing this. Have faith people.
