As of today June 25, 2024 I have sent out 3 CN’S, The first one was sent to TD CANADA TRUST VISA, the second was D&A COLLECTION CORPORATION and HYDRO QUEBEC. I also helped fill out a CN for my friend who sent it to a Law office in LAVAL,QUEBEC. In the 5 months pat I have educated family,friends and co-workers by showing the UCC FILINGS that were created on humanity’s behalf.
I sent to CN’s by registered mail and one by fax. Two were to stop an action against me and the third was to educate and to inform the individual that I new the law of the land has changed and any future action towards me would not be tolerated.
IN Feb of this year 2013, I stopped paying my Visa AT TD TRUST CANADA and in May I received a letter from TD CANADA TRUST-Account Recovery and Fraud Management located in LONDON, Ontario in which I proceeded to issued the CN PAPER ACTION for a collection of debt. TD TRUST CANADA then proceeded to have D&A COLLECTION CORPORATION try to collect from me. This CN I sent by fax because the agent willingly provided me all the information I needed to send her a CN. The third CN was sent registered mail once again to the CEO OF HYDRO QUEBEC for any future action and simply to educate and inform him.
