What I’m saying….Should I make the huge tidal waves that I would like to make, and destroy her world … or, wait until this is public knowledge.

Today I sent in a note with my mortgage statement/bill and no check. I sent it certified mail with return receipt:

Good day to you,

Please find attached statement from USDA - RD regarding account number [ ] with due date of 02/18/2013 in question.

Please send a TRUE BILL for this account and a letter on Corporate letterhead pertaining to the Corporate Authority to collect. I look forward to your response within 10 business days of certified mail receipt.

Well……Sorry folks,

I sent my check today…..It shouldn’t be too late where it is due on the 18th.

My conscience says….I signed on the dotted line 19 years ago of coarse not Knowing the fraud and we..my wife and I…have lived up to our side. I’m still bound in good faith on my side. They still have to prove legitimacy to me…I’m not letting them off the hook. Hopefully they received the registered mail already.

Now….This also leads to the most important….My Wife.

We have been married for 28 years…..We work together in our own painting business for 18 years….she is a VERY hard worker and the 2 of us go over and above. Plus I love her…our 2 Daughters and 2 grandsons.

The object in all of this as stated in Heathers public statement I think 1111.1, People , by their free will choose to SEE or Not see…

My wife also signed that mortgage paper and still lives in the matrix. So as to not under common law of damage to another and until both agree…I must still pursue truth while upholding prior commitments.

I will still pursue the TRUE BILL and Send a Courtesy Notice pending their response.

Oh I also signed my check#295…All rights reserved without prejudice ucc1-207 and my signature…

Well…Today is the 4th of March 2013 and I haven’t received a response.

I have received the registered mail return slip stamped February 16. That means it has been over 10 business days since they received the registered mail I sent.

Lets see if I get another bill for this month. This time I will send a courtesy notice.

I received another monthly statement today from USDA-RD

I called USDA-RD at 1-800 414 1226 on 3-11-2024
And when prompted, pushed 0 for Customer service
Ann, teller number 4593, answered and took my account info information . I asked if they had seen my certified mail that was received February 16, 2013. No, No record of that….where did you send it?…I sent it to the address on the statement…Oh, that doesn’t have anything to do with your account. Really?
I should think that anything with my account number should be logged into my account. No, you need to send it to

They do of coarse see my payment I sent in…all up to date

Well…I want to know what happened to my certified mail some department received and have it logged in to my account.

Today I called again….same ole stuff ….no record ….don’t send it to the address on the statement because that is the USDA-RD Bank….

So, I have filled out a Courtesy Notice…..For Respondent, I wrote

In the Declaration Of Facts I wrote the address:

and also with regard to perpetuation of any and all SLAVERY SYSTEMS by {USDA-RD} with address of {P.O. Box 66889, P.O. Box 790170, Any and all ADDRESSES}, hereafter “Respondent”.

Then I needed a witness to sign the second page….so I went down to my Town Hall and asked the Clerk if she was a Notary and if she could witness it for me. All you need is a witness….So I signed it and she witnessed it with her signature and Date…hehehe I know she isn’t responsible for the document…only my signature….but still, I know who to have witness when I make a Courtesy Notice out for the Town.

I came back home and Photo copied the second page for my records and off to the Post office.
Sent Certified Mail # 7012 1010 0002 5934 0658 on 3-14-2013.

I also sent a check # 296 with the statement stub…Under DURESS written on the statement and the check. If I get another statement in the mail next month, I’ll send an Invoice as per the Courtesy notice.

Any way…Right or Wrong just Doing

I called USDA-RD in regards the Monthly billing statement they sent me for April…..They don’t get the hint.

I talked to Kim teller # 4944….they won’t give last names……she was a bit snippety when I asked to speak directly to the Central Servicing Department…..We don’t direct calls there, what is your account number….But, I sent information to them and I’m following up…..we don’t direct calls there, what is your account number….no need to be nasty, I said …..I’m not, I need your account number….

I gave her my account number and required info and asked her if the documentation that I sent and was received by them on March 17 2013 certified Mail.

Please hold……..Yes they have and are in the process of review….her tone of voice had calmed down alot ….so I confirmed that they received it and are reviewing the issue…yes they are….great, could I have you teller #…. 4944… and this is Kim right?….yes

So, I’m sending my first INVOICE for 2 category 1 totaling 4000 Silver one ounce coins according to the terms I sent with Courtesy Notice U-oo1 which and I have sent it Certified Mail # 7006 2150 0002 6441 3500 to :

Last certified mail( Invoice # 1 based upon courtesy notice U-001 ) received is in Imaging Department and still working on resolution of Issue.

I stated that I have been paying the USDA-RD statement under duress and I’m also looking for resolution of the Issue. I asked for a Name or transfer of call to The research department and that could not be done. All that Mirna Teller#9061 could do is make notes of our conversation. I also told her that because I received another Monthly Billing Statement from USDA-RD, I would have to send another Invoice and add a Late fee on to the last invoice.

I called Janets office and left a message : Gave my name and in friendly demeanor made reference to her phone calls wed, thur, fri. I stated that it appears that she is missing some data…and that is the Courtesy Notice that I sent dated 3/11/13 and that USDA had stamped received 3/17/13. All of the information that the Invoices that I have sent stem from that Courtesy Notice where on Page 4 Item 12 states…..Each phone call made by Respondent in the pursuit of any claim absent a lawfully binding contract between parties …..1000 oz

I ended my message saying….Talk to you later, well….lets hope not. I hope you find that Courtesy Notice, read it, understand it, and pass it along.

I received another Phone message from US GOVT USDA 314-457-5163 this time from Danna.

She said that she is calling and had received my message from yesterday 6-2-13.

She said that they have the Courtesy Notice and the Invoices……But why did they receive them is the question.

So as far as I’m concerned…..they have admitted they have them……that is phone call number 4
And it is the…..USDA-RD Central Servicing Department, Research department.
