I received a Birthday check in the mail yesterday from a family member.
I thought…since I haven’t heard anymore from my Credit Union…..I would go cash it at the main Branch.
I endorsed the back of the check in the truck before I went in…..my signature and ” All rights reserved without prejudice UCC 1-308″
This branch is the Main branch and the decision maker……So I walked up to the teller and waited for the rigmarole to start. No problem,
I received the funds and asked if I could talk to Colleen.
After waiting a while she came out and asked if I was Mike….yes I am…back to the office.
She had asked if I had gotten a phone call from my branch yet….no……They were supposed to call and tell me that further clarification from the Lawyer says that it can be endorsed that way as long as it doesn’t say “without Recourse”.
Great …..
Then I open the can of worms by asking what does the endorsement line do other than say its me cashing the check…..well when they send the checks out to the treasury…..Then I said the Federal Reserve ….she said yes with a wince. I said that’s why I try to protect my signature from remonitization or rehypothication techniques used by those entities.
I talked about mortgages and the Fraud they are…along with the Monthly Billing Statement being only a statement of the amount accessed already. It is not an Invoice.
She rolled her eyes like how did you know that…not sure if she confirmed or denied or wasn’t sure herself. Any way, it’s fraud and shut down.
Through our discussion I gave her the new Foreclosure flyer and explained that the value was each and everyone of us…her included.
All Corporate Banks and Governments have been foreclosed and soon we will have access to our value stolen from us and usurped by those entities…even she will have access to hers if she would like.
Then I told her… Soon I will be back in and bring a portion of my value in the form a bond with verification of legitimacy, just as you all ready deal with right….and a shocked nod of her head in the affirmative.
Then I stated that we could negotiate a handling fee….one stipulation would be no block trading ….shocked how did you know that look…but interested
I left the foreclosure flyer with her….all ended well with I think an open door for the future.
