I have sent CN to JP Morgan Chase mortgage, Hanna and Associates Law firm, (three individuals there), a Rubin & Debski Law Firm attorney, and one other collection agency.
I have also invoiced the three individuals at Hanna and Associates and they are to be sent notice of default for non payment.soon.
I have also verbally noticed Florida Fish and Wildlife (FWC) officers which resulted in an invoice being sent to one of them, and then CN for future action for both individuals via certified mail..
Additionally i have told at least a few dozen people about the OPPT filings.
I sent notices to stop action against me via certified mail return receipt
So I knew at some point I would be approached by FWC since I fish in the salt water lagoon for food several times a week.
I was ordered to produce a fishing licence by an FWC officer and I informed him it had been cancelled by the OPPT filings and went on to tell him he no longer had authority to ask me for papers. He then began asking questions of me and my fishing of which I refused to accommodate so he called for backup.
Two more FWC officers and a County sheriff responded. Now there were four gun toting g-men on site for a fisherman, pretty pathetic display of force. The officer from FWC then instructed me to open my cooler for inspection, I refused and again I asked under what authority he was acting, of course I had to repeat myself about OPPT filings. He claimed he had the right to open my cooler so I informed him if he did that without my consent I would invoice him for 4000 oz silver, he opened anyway and now has an invoice.
They threatened physical force if I continued to not cooperate, he said “we are going to have to do this the hard way” and put his hand on his hand cuffs so I stated that all rights of mine are reserved without prejudice eternal essence embodied, and under duress and threat I would peaceably comply and told him he was in violation of law and personally liable for his actions..
They received a wake up call and I effectively put them on notice.
Know your rights, be firm but polite and remember who you are; eternal essence embodied without limits..
