I modified the OPPT tool box “SUMMONS PLAINTIFFS ATTORNEY” document to make Bank Of America prove they had actually made a loan and provide the documentation supporting it.
To make Bank of America prove there was a home loan, and provide documentation proving such.
Demands of documentation sent three times 72 hrs apart requesting documents proving a home loan was made.
