Change.org. Started a petition to get the Bank of America to honor the modification
it gave me.
The Banks are fraudulently inducing home owners into doing a modification, telling
them to miss 2 payments to qualify and then denying them. My personal case is more
complicated. They gave me one after hiring an attorney and over a year’s process
but did not honor it. I want to inform the world of the fraud that is happening by the banks
and the courts.
I have an attorney to fight my foreclosure. I was told that the judges have been
ruling in favor of the banks because they know the banks have the money to appeal
and the homeowner does not. They don’t want to lose their seat with an appeal. I
am fighting for the American people who have lost their homes because the banks did
not give them the modification they asked for. The banks who have fannie mae loans
can’t lose because if they foreclose and they can’t sell the home, fannie mae will
give them the money and yet the Bank of America says they want to go after my other
assets for any shortfall in the mortgage when they sell it.
First we the American people give the banks the money to modify the loans, then they
keep the money and then get paid again by Fannie Mae.
The way the system is set up.
I would like to get people behind this cause to make our government and leaders make
sure our people are protected from the banks and that the courts have to follow the
laws. In April of 2012 the Pres. passed a huge manuscript of laws to protect the
people from the banks but the courts don’t know it exists and if they do they are
not ruling that way.
