My thoughts now: Alleged “Court” presents this event as “motion” hearing when it was not; alleged defendants described as “pro se” when it appears they really are “in propria persona”? TY for the data. I look forward to reading the transcript of this event when available.
This case is playing out in Knoxville, Tennessee. Has anyone else noticed: Aside from ‘Tennessee’ being one of the giants in the world of legal scholarship — the book, “A Treatise on Suits in Chancery,” was published by Henry R. Gibson in 1907. (The book was dedicated to his Wife!) THIS is one of the Masterpieces of “equity jurisprudence” and teaches about “forgiveness”…. of mistakes (sins)……. the same thing that Jesus introduced. I just checked the pdf version of the book and discovered this: IT WAS PUBLISHED IN KNOXVILLE! Has any one else noticed?!? Like Heather says, This is all being done perfectly in perfect timing.

It’s the ESSENCE of this “classic” book that is Important….FORGIVENESS! Equity and forgiveness is not a part of “the law” system but is a part of the EQUITY system…..which we have been cut off from. Yes — it has been Hidden until NOW when it is being re-discovered. This book is lengthy, but once again, it gives the ESSENCE of a system that ‘they’ tried/try to hide….based on what is right and in good conscience. (Love…) I am still in awe that this alleged “case” is playing out on the home-turf of this BOOK. Wish Randy could get a copy…. In gratitude….
In doubt, vocabulary word play on prior transcripts and present document, I-UV may have lost this. (A rigged game), but divine universal faith, hope and focus of the future this may very well be the exact breaking point.
