Templates for Making UCC Filings

The following eight UCC templates can be used for specific situations. These documents make reference to the UCC codes that OPPT has previously filed on behalf of We The People.

You can create your own letters from these templates to achieve whatever goal you feel they are suited for, including communication with law enforcement agencies, collection agencies and the court system.

    Hi,
    I have been using UCC-1 Financing Statements for several years, and they work perfectly in aliening property that is yours to prevent foreclosures without compensation. And, they are effective against attorneys who “steal” from others… assuming you have warned them properly. There is a specific method to perfecting a lien-affidavit and the processes that are perfected in doing it correctly. All of it is supported in the UCC codes federally and by each state’s UCC.
