Elfed Anthony Higgins

I am a British citizen living in Hellin Castilla La Mancha Spain. I am the last in line of a notable family and because of this I have been discredited by the state at every opportunity. During my life I have assisted in saving the lives of a few important people and done 2 particularly brave things as well as some stupid gullible things.

Over the past few weeks my identity has been stolen via the hacking of my computer by intelligence agencies of the USA, Spain and the UK with the support of the Catholic Church. My passport has been has been marked by the Policia Nacional and I am unable to leave the town to renew my passport. My bank card has been compromised so I am unable to withdraw any money.The reason for this is that I am being framed for the murder of a young child as well as another person claiming large financial and lifestyle rewards available for the theft of my life history. The evidence of the heroic part of my life is held by the state under the secrecy laws. I have received no reward at all and expect none to come, but I do want to be able to live my life in freedom without fear of intimidation by the state and church and be able to have the resources to leave this horrible country.
