Question for Julian … Have you heard the Roswell - Alien (forgive the term) interview and if so can you elaborate on the “IS-Will Be’s” or “IS-BEs” as they relate to the Andromeda, Pleiades etc and are they part of the “Dominion”? Is the Federation part of the “Dominion”. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
