Like Mr. Randy Beane, I live in the Knoxville area of TN and would prefer to avoid being falsely arrested and held against my will and rights…Therefore, I’m trying to figure out what it was that caused Mr. Beane his issues so I can avoid the same issues he’s had to contend with. Yes, taken separately, ODD=Original Due Declaration and OD=Original Declaration. But the DODD may just be what I think it means : Declaration of Original Depository Deposit. HATJ will have to come clear on that, although I do not this it is vital. Indeed, the number is OURS and we can choose to make it whatever we feel comfortable with, so long as we can OURSELVES recognize what it means!!!

no, they could not arrest him, get a warrant for what they wanted which was to shut him down for utilizing his TDA-
The trust documents w all the emails with all data was viewed by Parker H. Still” with the fbi. (see post about details of Randy’s beating and kidnapping) He is a specialist in forensic accounting and financial fraud. They could not charge Randy with what they wanted, the charge of financial fraud over his transaction of the coach… because of the proof of ownership of funds and account that these documents provided. So they charged him with a trumped up charge and no warrant at time of arrest. They let Randy cook in a closed window car in Ten. for 3 hours while they scratched their *&%_’s to figure out what to charge him with because with his paperwork and proof it could not be the fraud they wanted to charge him with.

Randy update: Colorado “case”, with attempts to extradite on “FFJ” charge was dismissed on the basis it was an mistake.
Now, there is purportedly a warrant, with issue date of July 13, 2017, for SC (yet was not showing in any systems) as of morning, July 14, 2017, and today was first any of us had heard of it.
I am flying to Knox this evening to coordinate further with the locals and DOJ. Intending to get the last purported case dismissed tomorrow in the a.m.
Following is a message regarding emails I received, starting at approximately 4:44 p.m. cst. It is also ties in with Anna Von Reitz’s flury regarding a purported bankruptcy/creditor and debtor status/position, etc…and it is also the beliefs that caused the unlawful, unauthorized, and non-consensual assault, abduction, and dentention of Randall Keith Beane….my response in regards to purported bankruptcy, etc. will follow that message:
a woman, identifying herself as Nancy O’Shea, in federal law in forcement, wa d.c. (former fbi 28+yrs, now special agent with fed housing agency…google for cv) contacted me, approximately at 4:44pm cst on July 14, 2017, and offered help with key agencies in d.c.
july 15, 2017, i wrote her that i would contact them after my arrival in d.c.
this morning, July 16, 2017, she communicated a shared concern (shared with whom not stated) which I asked for one clarification, before i duly respond…and the communications can then flow.

The trust documents w all the emails with all data was viewed by Parker H. Still” with the fbi. (see post about details of Randy’s beating and kidnapping) He is a specialist in forensic accounting and financial fraud. They could not charge Randy with what they wanted, the charge of financial fraud over his transaction of the coach… because of the proof of ownership of funds and account that these documents provided. So they charged him with a trumped up charge and no warrant at time of arrest. They let Randy cook in a closed window car in Ten. for 3 hours while they scratched their *&%_’s to figure out what to charge him with because with his paperwork and proof it could not be the fraud they wanted to charge him with.
I have texted Heather on this, I know she is busy, I called Discover spoke with a Brandon he refused to send me, on the $5000.00 payment made with my TD account using the 051 routing number and said I have to take that up with my Financial Inst. I do not know what to do next.

I called again and asked for a supervisor , ‘Scott’. Me and him went back and forth. He called me a liar when I completed a ACH payment with Chrysler Capital for $4,000.00 that successfully completed (sorry, I do have the snap shot but it does not state FRB info. as sender of funds. I guess I can contact Western Union and ask them to send proof of payment with names of institutions involved in the transaction. Also, since reading your blog, listening to the 3 conference calls, and discovering the UCC dated 2012 that was submitted on behave of all humanity, (Thank you to the persons responsible for that. I see all the signatures and essence marks) helped me realize that in the month of January of this year, I was scammed out of $1,100.00. for paperwork that I technically did not have to submit.. I would like to also take this opportunity to request that the individuals who are scamming others into thinking that they still have to file ‘paper work’ (not speaking of the recent templates created by Heather to back up Randall’s scenario). I am talking about the persons who are still profiting with their classes, webinars, websites that require payment for their ‘secret’ knowledge and the initial filing of the UCC. Here is a recorded message that my scammer named ‘Druanna Johnston- Weils. She just deactivated her ‘business email’ for her students and her website is currently under maintenance last I checked. I tried to respond to the voice message that she sent to her students as recently as today, via email and that has been deactivated because I got an immediate response to the email stating ‘undeliverable’. SHE SPEAKS ILL OF HARVEY and warns her students of his process and at the same time tells her ‘students’ that her process is the true process and that we should continue to ‘support’ her for her knowledge. I’m very new with all this TDA account thing and live in Europe. As far as I know, I haven’t seen anyone managing to access their funds in Europe. Has someone heard that someone has managed to access their funds in Europe?
I would also like to know about Randy’s case. Was he arrested because he had been able to access his funds? How and when did they got to know what he was doing? Was he the one who busted this thing all wide open?
I would read everything relating to Randy’s case but I haven’t found any post about his case, I mean a post that clearly tells what happened and how all went down. I would appreciate if someone told me briefly about Randy’s case.
And I can’t wait to hear someone breaking this through in Europe. At the moment I think that this accessing your funds concerns only US citizens.

Been doing & being with you since 2012. Many a courtesy notice used, then all went quiet. Continued being and doing and am reading/listening to the goings ons. After years of watching the Earth unfold, the joy emanating now is wondrous. My courtesy notices to mortgage company were responded to with a foreclosure action and I have defended the family sui juris-very much a learning experience-I do it with love, however, and have peace.
