I suspect that it could be set up that way because they figured as much. I sent CN’s to court in Maricopa County AZ and then later they removed names on the docket for judges or attorneys and they refused to give emails out. I will be modifying and using the same template for my son facing the corporate process on the same day with different circumstances but similar injustice The energies for sovereignty should be high. Thank you for producing this Petition for Kiri I will certainly send it. Can I ask, do you have a copy of this in Word format as I cant change pdf docs with the software I have and I want to insert my autograph? I sent email over the weekend to the NZ parties re Kiri and it was not returned. No reply has been forthcoming either from the parties concerned? Perhaps the post master returns you are getting are due to the third address which is not email address but a web address. I have a question for everyone. We all have loving and compassionate hearts for our fellow BE’ings and doubtless throughout our lives have extended endless opportunities to those that mostly dont in an attempt to help them learn and grow. At this stage should we really be asking these PERSONS to obey the Law, or should we be demanding that they do. What ever happens when you ask a bully to stop? Most normally, nothing happens and that is why all across the world we are seeing such unrest come to the streets. The people are fed up with not being heard and of being treated as slaves. It is a FACT that no corporation or individual has ever rebutted the Declaration of Facts. Apart from the fact that they cant, it is also because they are so arrogant, so full of their own importance, that they believe that the rules were only for the masses and not for them to follow. Perhaps it is now time to make use of the Provost Marshalls and have them arrest and hold those who are committing acts of treason against the People. Find out who they are in your region if you can, and copy them in on all that is happening, point them at the Law and get them to arrest the culprits, and, if by chance they will not do so, perhaps we should ask them to produce their authority to refuse.
Thanks Ron Murphy for your intelligent suggestion, because in all of this intelligent stand made by Kiri, I do find our direct challenges to obscene authority the most helpful of all… the greatest anxiety today is the excessive obedience and how we may teach better reactions, greater effectiveness amongst the attitudes of hopelessness and ignore. Be sure to put commas between each address. Also, I only put one address on the TO line, and BCC the others because often government offices have filters on incoming emails. For the Subject I only used the one word ‘Notice’, in case they have put a filter against her name.
Please put this in a form of email that can be easily sent with out the cut and paste I don’t have the skill or time to figure it out I just want to be able to send this with elegance and ease this is too confusing
I’ve rec’d two (2) responses so far…thanking me for my “enquiry/feedback,” and they will “get back to my email within 5 days…” BTW – I used only “FYI” in the subject line, and in the body of the email I wrote “Have a great day!”…I’m from western massachusetts.
I received a reply from info@justice.govt.nz which states….”Thank you for enquiry/feedback. we will endeavour to respond to your email in the next 5 working days.”
The reply from newplymouth.juryservice@justice.govt.nz is as follows, “Thank you for your email about jury service. We are considering your request and will respond to you within three working days.”
Likewise, the emails do not go through, this is distressing but a manual copy and paste into ones own email system should get it there , all the same. Determination!

Yes I did Charlotte, word for word. Oh dear. Have I threatened a jury? I hope so!
FWIW, I was able to simply copy the text of the Notice document into my word processor (Pages), add my name and address, then select and copy all the text of the document then simply paste it into a new mail page.
I then copied the email addresses from the text at the beginning of this page into the address line (making sure that any leading characters like “, ” are removed and no spaces are in the address) one per page and sent them.
Every single document went through without any difficulty whatsoever.
The proverbial “ton of bricks” is about to descend upon NZ. This should be a real “wake up call” for their system.
