No Driver License Required in The U.S
Is a drivers license required by law to travel in the United States? This special report shows the facts concerning this very interesting question, and how so many things we think are lawful are in fact unconstitutional.
I would like to hear from someone who has been driving without a license. I use to know a man who is now passed and he did drive for years without a license. He had, I think, a national license. That is what he obtained in order to not have to comply with the current laws concerning licensure and insurance. Thanks for the info.
I don’t travel with a driver’s license. I haven’t since August of last year. I was fed up with the soul numbing propaganda that I decided to leave my license at home after being pulled over for not having the ‘proper’ light on my bicycle.
As a result SDPD didn’t know how to handle my situation and let me go the two following ‘incidents’ but after that I’ve received, under duress, over 5 notices to appear. In fact the last time I had the SDPD tail me from work to a block from my home before pulling me over. It was literally me, my roommate and 7 cop cars in one parking lot by the end of the ordeal. lol. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary on this particular day, so it would be safe to say that this event was all planned out.
I submit a formal courtesy letter, that I tailored together from some various supreme court rulings concerning the right to travel and the OPPT Courtesy Notice to the police officer responsible for the citation. So far, so good. A collection service ceased to send me invoices and haven’t heard anything from the SDPD other than them continually pulling me over for any mandate under probable cause and the resulting ‘notice to appear’ slip I get.
I was tempted to follow through with filing an OPPT because one officer ending up towing my vehicle, but I took it as a lesson to never pull over on the side of the road, but park the car instead. Since then I drive away everytime, with our without a seatbelt, doesn’t matter. They know they have no jurisdiction over a free-man-on-the-land, if you don’t have any documentation which gives them grounds to contract with you, i.e. driver’s license, license plate, proof of insurance, registration, SS#, etc.
Its just been mad intimidation and mind games, but nothing legal or lawful to deal with, because in essence, they can’t and won’t respond for fault of collusion in treason!
I actually ordered a custom plate and sticker for my vehicle too. Plate says “Not for HIRE” and sticker reads ” Subject to Fee.”
I was rocking em both when the 7 corporate mercs filled the parking lot with me =D
Well I am one that drives without a license. My wife does not share my thoughts so we do register our cars. With a little playing around we do have insurance which I think would be irresponsible not to have. It is very difficult to operate without a lic. from cashing checks to buying booze even when you are long past 21 years of age. I also have a CCW permit but I have not renewed that permit since I discarded my drivers lic. I keep a copy of right to travel in my car and so far I have been let go two times with out losing my car or going to Jail oh and no tickets. If you do this make sure you understand the law and do not act like an a$$ to the police officers that would be rude crude and it might cost you big time. I would also suggest you obey all the rules and have your lights in working order because two times is not 50. In my state 12% of all drivers do not have drivers Lic. once we get it to 40% maybe know more DMV taxing agency. I think in the future what are they going to do when we all have self driving cars?
It’s about time we hear some truth
