The Collaborative Playground
Building a web site has never been in my repertoire but shifting into a multidimensional paradigm will likely offer new skill sets for many. This shift to greater awareness also calls for new and evolving social parameters like the dissolution of hierarchies. Indeed collective consciousness has no room for command chains, but rather structures of proficiency pods that seem to organically form.
Here individuals migrate where their skill sets have the greatest value. This was apparent when building the I-UV web creative team of volunteers. For our “Removing The Veil” segment, each team member chose research topics they most resonated with and together created an entire web segment of published stories highlighting the realities of the slavery system. Over the coming weeks you’ll see this same collaborative effort to produce other I-UV site material including our Freedom Stories segment.
The I-UV web creative team mission is to play and co-create. While these were faint words from the old paradigm, they are essential in changing the boardroom to a playground. Together we are collaborating rather than controlling, giggling rather than gaming, supporting the strengths of those who choose to play nice. (If you choose not to play nice, no one makes you the dodge ball target. We just won’t play with you.)
You can get a sense of this changing dynamic on the I-UV blog with BZ’s short interview with James Daniel McManis, an enchanting lightworker, who explains how transparency will be the new norm, key to our evolutionary state of BEingness. Transparency is also demonstrated in the recent conversations by portal keepers on the web team with Swissindo, published in minute-by-minute detail on the I-UV blog page here.
Cooperation is also highlighted with our upcoming new segment “1+1=11” where the teamwork of many volunteers are generating coordinated “love mobs” as a campaign of awareness. Each day of the week involves different strategies of action including the mailing of courtesy notices and foreclosure flyers to politicians, bankers and corporations. Here in the spirit of “freedom from,” to “freedom for,” we celebrate people, businesses and organizations that are BEing expansive, operating for the GOOD OF ALL. As this new playground of transparency and cooperation evolves, so too do our hearts as each of us comes to know that the power to create can only be derived from the inner strength produced through unity – UNITY WITH ALL ETERNAL HEARTS.

WOW Can feel the “IT’S DONE” and BEing rolled out NOW. FROM is GONE. Words cannot express the ‘silence’ and awe in my being as who we are is appearing. So much latent love bursting forth with a burning desire to BRING IT ON and play in this MOST amazing ‘sand pit’ here on Mother Earth who has furnished us all with such generosity and patience and trust. No more feeling a-‘lien’-ated and not in-cluded, (definition In=not: so read, not-not-cluded: -clus, -clusion, -clusive . (Latin: to close, to shut).. No more ‘shut down’. Transparency will reveal who we really are. We have arrived!!!!

All my life I have been intending an egalitarian society on this planet. This is the best music I’ve ever heard. I participated in the 80s for peace as an active member of our local peace group in Chelmsford, UK.
