Thank You for sharing this. I listened to Scott Anthony’s video yesterday as he went through the key points of this act. Initiated by Bush after 911 to go after the terrorists and then updated by Obama during his tenure. Trump has now amended to use it against those involved in crimes against humanity and the war on the people of USA and the world. As of 02Jan18 there were over 10,000 sealed indictments above those that have been executed already. Although there is no specific confirmation, the military appears to be rounding up these criminals and transporting to GTMO(Guantanamo). Using this law, he appears to be classifying the criminals under a war measures component of the law where their constitutional rights are removed or restricted.
Also, it has been confirmed by military sources to Royston Potter that Obama’s Thailand palace has been seized by the military in conjunction with the Executive order to seize the criminal’s assets.
