ca local news announced there are people who may have been incarcerated unlawfully…thousands of cases under review now…mainly addressed third strike issue…so far
similar to mortgage fraud issue being correctly identified as “show me the loan” from the incorrect issue of “show me the note”, judicial issues moving to include “grand juries: prosecutors’ scam and shirk of legal liability” to “judges don’t have the authority to sentence” to “prosecutors/grand juries don’t have the authority to issue charges/true bills”…then of course, there is the outright corruption, collusion, treason, subversion, etc. of actors within or abusing doj, fbi, and other departments, agencies, bureaus, and branches of the peoples’ governments
all the top is already aware that all in the u.s. penal system have to be let out, and all righted to zero point…the top is also aware that it can all be done in 24 hours or less…i just love the name “Goodlatte”…yes, please!!!…with a dab o’ chocolate, if you will 😉

Goodlatte & Gowdy Announce Details of Transcribed Interview with Rosenstein
Press release by House Judiciary- on October 18, 2018
Washington, D.C. — House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) announced Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will appear on October 24, 2018, for a transcribed interview conducted by Chairmen Bob Goodlatte and Trey Gowdy and Ranking Members Jerry Nadler and Elijah Cummings.
A court reporter will be present to record all questions asked and answers provided. The interview will be under oath. The transcript will then be reviewed by the Intelligence Community to avoid the public dissemination of classified or otherwise protected information. Once cleared, the transcript will be publicly available.
The interview will be conducted in a secure setting so all relevant questions can be asked and answered without regard to classification. Present for the interview will be the two chairmen, the two ranking members, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein and a court reporter.
