~~♥~~ANOTHER FREEDOM STORY~~♥~~~
Hello everybody I have Great news! I received notification today from the documents that I sent that awhile back. Today I found out my entire student loans are erased! All $160,000!Yeah ha ha ha ha! This sheiat really works and I’m so glad to be a part of this with you! All of you have helped me so much! I m overwhelmed with gratitude! That means the garnishment on my Check is fixing to disappear! \o/ (music) (bow) Yeah baby! I made sure to let him know that I new who he was, and that I knew who I was. What was funny was when he started kind of dancing around the fee schedule that I sent him and basically what he was telling me was that he wanted me to sign a release form ASAP! So that he would not be liable, while caramelizing it as doing me a favor as eliminating my student loans. I took this is an opportunity to remind him that he was only really releasing me from paying back a loan that was my money to begin with.Meanwhile, I’m in the process of moving up to Bob’s in Pennsylvania. The SL Guy was Frantic about the fact that that I just changed my address and I wouldn’t be able to sign his release form until the beginning of next month. Funny as hell. I had a Skype conference with Bob and Brian and we’ll be uploading documents and success story when I get to Pennsylvania. Thanks everybody and keep filling those
documents.
That’s awesome Kevin. Keep me posted on anything else positive that occurs.

Kevin! Woo-hoo!! Thank you sooo much for sharing. I am currently ‘dancing’ with a servicer from the US Department of Education. Look forward to seeing your documents.
too cool! this is over the top! so happy for you. i’m currently going through complete craziness with my mortgage. would love to get your input and advice. in the meantime, who wants to buy a ’95 ford taurus? i’m in PA , just a few hours from Bob. way to go Kevin! can’t wait to get more info. on this. BIG HUGS to you and Bob and all our friends there.
Wow! That is excellent news, brother kevin! I’m also excited for you, that you are going to Pennsylvania! Sorry, I missed you last week, when you tried to call as I was asleep, and did not wake up till late!
I hope and pray all works out for you, brother!
peace and love,
brian
And ‘hello’ nontaxpayer, too! Y’all are way too cool!
I’m concerned about Kevin’s claims here and am wondering if anyone happens to know him or has the means to contact him. I find it inspiring to hear such a claim as his, and I have been checking daily to find documentation that supports his claim. Otherwise his story will be construed as disinformation. I want to be clear that I am not accusing him of being disinformation but would very much like to see something soon. Its been one month now.
Warmly,
Garret
Garret I know him very well I am his son. I am also very curious as to how he has managed to circumvent yet another obligation of his. What’s more impressive is how he managed to rack up 160k in student loan debt from a state university. The average student loan debt last year from Mississippi State was around 23K.
Hu-man……. if you desire proof please email kzevon@gmail.com
Hi and I wonder if you could tell us which documents you sent specifically and to which entity? My student loan debt is with the dept. of education and I do not have any individual I can write. My wages are not being garnished and I simply want to figure out what documents to send and to whom or what entity to eliminate this debt that isn’t really mine. Anyone?
Trevor – Thanks for a response. Finally something resembling discussion develops surrounding Kevin’s claim. While I would love to believe you as well, I cannot establish who you are either. I sincerely do not mean this in an offending manner, but this whole thing is about people establishing who they are, their inalienable rights, and learning to take responsibility. That being said, you do not know, of course, who I am either. As for speculating how he could have amassed that much debt at a State school, who knows. Again, he has yet to follow through, and time is passing by. can share with you my own experience regarding student loan debt. Initially after exiting graduate school I had something like $65K in loans. As I traveled abroad for the better part of a year I put my loans into deferment in order to be able to stay abroad longer (I was serving in the capacity of starting up a heath care clinic in a foreign country), and wanted to remain there as long as possible. During that time of course the interest was running. Over the course of about 15 months of deferment my loans were now up to around $76K. I have no idea what Kevin studied, nor for how long, nor his lifestyle while in school (did her borrow for all his living expenses too etc.?). During undergrad I went abroad for a year, for example, and that was a very costly year, and those costs were in no way aligned with my costs at my own State university in the U.S. I’m only trying to generate further discussion as to possibilities as to his claim of $160K of debt. Trevor, one other thing, I scrolled to the top of Kevin’s page here and just noticed he included a facebook link. I am choosing not to click on it (mostly because my process is now underway as well) but it might provide further proof as to him being a real and authentic person going through this process. Actually Trevor, I just clicked the facebook link and it read “this content is currently unavailable”.
Christina – I don’t know if you’re just coming to this information but there is much to learn and read about. Personally I have been following this information since late 2012 and I highly recommend one not act until they feel secure in the rights and how to proceed. As for which entity you should be contacting, clearly your creditors are the one’s you have the loans through. As for who to send it to, this is my experience – no one will give me their first & last name, at all. What they do offer is a first name and a badge/employee number. Many years ago I worked at a call center and we were allowed to make up a name and that was the name we went by on the phones. I do not know if this is the case with any of your or my creditors, I’m simply sharing that piece of knowledge with you. I did see 1 or 2 people who sent in their Courtesy Notices and they were addressed to “first name, badge number (serving as their last name)”. After exhaustive research on my lenders, I cannot even find phone numbers for the legal department, addresses either, much information seems to be hidden, on their end Wherein I call them for any reason, they ask me my full name, Mother’s maiden name, SS #, address, phone number etc. Clearly they have the upper hand in hiding their true identities. Even if you have the full name of a call center representative, the mail will not wind up in their hands. For two of my lenders, the call center agent lives in Jamaica and I was remitting payments to Pennsylvania. So obviously this will not reach her at all. Currently, I’m considering sending a CN addressed to “Attn: Legal Department” as well as one addressed to the call center agent I spoke with.
I happen to know Kevin personally and can attest to his honesty! He was able to get those alleged debts erased because nobody EVER gives you a loan! The entity that you are deceived into believing they give you a ‘loan’ merely monetized your signature at the Fed Discount window because they have an agreement with the Fed Reserve Bank, and make you believe they ‘loaned’ you money! Then they make you pay back that amount plus interest! When you default (stop paying) they sell your ‘loan’ for pennies on the dollar as they haven’t brought in one cent in your alleged ‘loan’ and make extra money selling it for $0.50 of a dollar! Now when someone contacts you about an alleged ‘loan’ who you NEVER signed on with at day one, and demands money from you, they bought your ‘loan’ pkg for pennies on the dollar! The great news??? You NEVER agreed to pay this new entity and NOW your alleged ‘loan’ is further removed from being collected upon by this ‘new’ player! This is what most likely happened to brother Kevin, and by sending out a Courtesy Notice to any entity demanding monies NOT owed, puts THEM in a very precarious position! Numerous felonies are applicable for Mail Fraud, Extortion, Aiding and Abetting the Debt Slavery System are just a few felonies applicable! Kevin would not lie about that debt being erased and he has shared a lot about his predicament to me! Peace and love, all! bhaz2!

Great, I am glad to hear more & more people claim to know Kevin. My point here is simply this….all of the data OPPT/IUV have been sharing is about transparency and accountability. What I would have hoped for is that Kevin would return to his claim here and provide full documentation as to his claim. Again, I’m not saying he is lying, I was finally able to view his facebook page, but why won’t he return here and provide documentation as to his discharging $160K when he clearly seems to be active on facebook. He’s on the internet, actively. It seems to behoove us all if people follow through with their claims of discharging debt, as many people refer to these ‘freedom stories’.
I do thank you for your time in typing out details of the process of fraudulent ‘loans’ being made, and, I personally already understand the process of what’s going on. But again, that’s great because now others get more information here. I hope people here will simply see my posts as trying to get people to follow through, as I WILL be doing with my own process, right here on IUV exchange. ALL of my documentation will be here for all to read – transparently.
I took out student loans for two of my children in the 1980s and paid them off with my day job of general and electrical contracting. I had dropped out of my doctor program at the University of Alaska’s Institute of Marine Science mainly because computers were not up to the job I wanted to do, which was to rapidly automate identifying and quantifying the species of phytoplankton in lakes and oceans. I wanted to determine early indictors of pollution and other disturbances by modeling the plankton dynamics in high-resolution. I studied a year in Uppsala, Sweden’s Institute of Limnology (plankton, lake dynamics) and made a discovery with profound implications: students were given a tiny coded preserved sample of lake water as a final exam. They had to determine the season of year, altitude, latitude, size of the body of water, trophic level (pollution), and closest geographical location. Samples were from lakes all over the world, and the best students usually determined the correct lake! A remarkable testament to the potential of using plankton as pollution indicators.
I worked as a carpenter, electrician and plumber. I designed houses and built them. Then I got a 32K Trash 80 computer and tried to program it in basic, the way I learned from the UC San Diego’s mathematical modeling team.
The team’s computer was a new ‘mini-computer’ (32 K) brought up to Point Barrow, Alaska’s Naval Artic Research Laboratory and placed in a lead shielded room to protect from the DEW line’s nearby radar sweeps. I was working there as principal investigator for phytoplankton in the International Biome Program’s Tundra Biome.
I’ve had a Macintosh since ’84 but not until the early nineties did I realize computers were finally getting good enough for me to create image recognition software to recognize and quantify plankton species. I visited the University of Connecticut where I know a colleague from my Tundra Biome work; I revisited my friend and advisor who was then director of the University of Alaska’s Institute of Marine Science. There is no program even remotely related to biological image analysis in any institution that knew me well enough to take me on. So I discovered from some New York professors that I could put my program together as head of my own committee and pick my committee from among the most qualified people anywhere in the world in related fields. That worked. On my committee was a friend of mine from the Institute of Limnology in Sweden. I would do my internship at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, with pay. I took out about $32K in student loans, entirely for tuition, but I had a good income at the LANL’s Biology Division, where I ran the image laboratory. I bought a house in a prime investment area, which immediately increased in value. Soon my equity covered the student loan and then some.
But as soon as I completed my doctorate, the Image Laboratory, which I ran, was mandated to release me due to the mandatory pay increase for a Ph.D. It came without much warning, so I was out of steady work. I rented the house in New Mexico, which mostly covered bills, and moved to New Hampshire, where I was closer to lots of medical research in great need of computer automated image analysis (CAIA).
My wife at that time went back to the house in New Mexico to negotiate with the State, which was taking the property by eminent domain for the new highway to Los Alamos. She needed the property in her name to negotiate the best deal for our house, and as they say in the song, “She got the gold mine, I got the shaft!” ☺
So, I did my best to uphold my end of the bargain, but as they say, shit happens.
I kept up helping medical and biological researchers from all over the world via an Internet mailing list for the public domain software ImageJ. I called myself “The GAIA Group” (Global Automated Image Analysis Group) because I could not possibly do my work without the occasional help from disparate researchers all over the planet. Whenever someone or group asks for something I can do, I do the best I can to help them, most often helping them help themselves. But what funding there is goes mostly to “in house” CAIA, i.e., they do it themselves. I have only social security as an income, my student loan is pushing $90K, and the deferment goes on, presumably until I die or a major paradigm shift awakens the insane society that charges with interest for education that is its only hope for survival, puts profit for a few before wilderness, health, clean air, clean water, clean oceans, and clean lithosphere, and thinks God is someone we live “under.”
I am doing work that is part of the solution, but receive no Federal Reserve Notes. I still feel I have a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, free from the savage indifference of a corporate consciousness. We need our infrastructure and even the organizations that are now corporations, but we need a change of focus, from competition to cooperation, from profit to the planet.
Garret, I fully get where you and others are coming from, as I, too, would love to see what docs Kevin had sent out! Kevin, I know you are NOT on the internet as often as some of us, but when you DO get online, can you please share your docs that you sent out?? We would ALL love to see them, and possibly use a similar process and/or those docs, if you are cool with that! Hope your move went well, and we look forward to hearing more details about your process using the CN and whatever else made them go away! peace, brother, and everyone in here! Sincerely, bhaz2
Hi Kevin,
Great stuff, however it would be great to hear it from you that this release of your debt “stuck”. Often paperwork like that can be over ruled by a superior officer of your debt. I hope not but would like to get confirmation before I reccommend this action for my own kids mired in student loan debt.
Just wanting to follow up. Did Kevin ever follow up with if the release stuck? Did he post documentation?
I am in the process of all of this, and a documented success story would be awesome
