I issued 3 Courtesy Notices and subsequent invoices to Maricopa Count Attorney ans
Prosecutor(s), Micheal Bill Montgomery, Public Defender Natalie Jones , Clerk of
the Court Micheal Jeanes, Clerk of Maricopa Superior Court in Az. on behalf of my
son who has been incarcerated. I also informed an inmate in AZ State Prison -Kingman
who has issued the CN to another judge in Maricopa County.
I have passed out many foreclosure flyers to friends and family.

My purpose was to help my son from an unjust pursuit and an outrageously long prison
sentence due to a prior history as a young teen tried as an adult. A new Corporate
statute about organized retail theft makes it possible to send him to prison for six
to ten years. He was targeted as a Latino. He is allowed limited high cost phone
time and can only receive 4×6 postcards to be able to inform him.

I have no access to my son and had to sign documents for him. I hope that does not
invalidate them. There is no way to help once they get them incarcerated. The
conditions are kept unbearable to get a conviction through a plea bargain. Then,
inmates are threatened and intimidated to sign or face the longest possible prison
time. We need to cut off the money supply to courts and prisons and all parties
profiting from them.

The mass media has been showing extreme court cases to invoke fear and get people
not to question the courts, After all they are to protect us from criminals…I ask
who are the real criminals? The blatant practice of lies and deception by lawyers
for financial gain is unconscionable and goes on unbridled. More people need to
stand up for their freedom from Corporate Process and remove the veil of deceit and
lies. There is no justice in these courts that send people to cages where inhumanity
abounds. We need flashmob support asap to AZ Maricopa County Court, Prosecutors and
Public Defenders
