I have sent : Courtesy Notice
In response to dog at large charges in Muskingum .County Court. Prior to court date mailed certified to clerk of courts and sheriff. I told judge it was not necessary for me to enter a plea and presented him with the courtesy notice. the judge entered a not guilty plea and set a trial date. At trial the judge rebuffed all my attempts to present the UCC filings as evidence.
The transcripts pretty funny, I can fax it to you. Anyhow I ended up pleading no contest to 14 dog at large charges. My bill came to $512.00.
That got me mad, so l am now appealing this to the 5th district appeallate court of ohio. I now have to write a brief, thank god for the internet.
