Hi BZ.
Here’s the email (completely redacted) that I sent in response to the letter I received about the alleged mortgage servicing corporation paying the property tax. This was one month ago and I have yet to receive an updated escrow analysis statement that the letter indicated that I would receive in the mail shortly with new payment details.

Please find the attached invoice #21 in response to the letter I received from the alleged “Escrow Department” (also attached) purporting to be an “ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT” absent a lawfully binding contract.
Please note that the letter advises that I will receive an “updated escrow analysis statement in the mail shortly.” which will be grounds for another invoice to you. It is possible that this may be a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing so I wanted to make you aware of your colleagues intentions which will affect you directly.
