This is a new concept of aircraft, that allow to spend less energy for travels. With its photovoltaic cells on the large roof, it’s a full electric aircraft, very independent on energy. It’s air inflated to to reduce energy loss. Considering most of energy of a plane fly is spend on take-off, its balloon does not consume any energy of fuel for take-off.. In plus, doesn’t matter what is the meteo, the plane fly most of time above the clouds; So they enjoy the properties of sun in most of situations.
It’s the reason why the photovoltaic cells are a very good choice for give all the energy this plane needs. Its flat balloon allows it to have a high speed, as its streamlined shape and its four large electric turbines.. On this study, this plane can transport between 216 and 324 passengers approximately, (it will depend on the interior design and on the comfort give to the passengers). It’s dimension on this study is 65 meters long approximately.
