They wish for ‘fair impartial trial’, yet they’re filtering the jury to their own parameters?
Not cool.
If the information by Heather and others is correct, why would the government have any hand in publishing or confirming it? Conflict of interest.

This is so corrupt it smells foul! More transparency! Their desperation is really showing now.
I am curious as to what aspect of employment the fed witness has at the FRB. And, I was quite surprised to read them saying that circumstantial evidence holds the same weight under the law as direct evidence.
Their questions should ELIMINATE Everyone,..so they wont be able to seat a jury,…Is that a mistrial ..? Have you or anyone in your family ever had a negative thought about Authority !….Excused…Have you or anyone in your family ever felt like the Gov, was abusing you,.! Excused, !
Ive never seen a Jury Instruction before, Is this even close to what a normal case would read like ?? Really seems like they are straining anyonethat reads You Tube, I think they are quite worried, maybe unprepared for this curve ball, But Really,..Do I know anyone who has ever been prosecuted, ? They must be looking for the Blind , Deaf, Mute government employees, to put on the jury,..
These questions are called “voir dire” that allow both sides to find out the knowledge of the prospective jurors. But bear in mind, just answering yes/no to a question doesn’t exclude you from the jury. Both sides are allowed to exclude a certain number of potential jurors. This case allows 6 exclusions for the prosecution and 8 for the defense. These are normal questions that can be asked.
