Join me as I have a conversation about Kim’s court hearing on the foreclosure of her home for non payment of her mortgage. Kim tells of the unity minsdet and energy vibration she used to receive an indefinite postponement of any adverse action being taken against her or to steal her home. .

Thank you so much for sharing, Kim. I am also dealing with the bank’s lawyer re my mortgage (stopped paying in March), and also a lawyer for a debt collector (who has had a warrant issued to sell my house, after getting a Default Judgment against me re non-payment of a credit card). So I have a court date set at the end of this month to look at getting the Default Judgment set aside, plus the bank (re the mortgage) has given me until Aug 26th to pay, or they will start foreclosure proceedings.Everyone has received Courtesy Notices, Invoices and UCC filings and Foreclosure Flyers …. and still they keep coming.
So at the moment it feels a bit like things are coming ‘at’ me from all angles!! Just the persepective I seem to be ‘clinging’ to ….. but not the one I want … hahaha! It was so lovely to hear you speak of the energy you felt and to look at things from a unity perspective …. I can do this in most things, but seem to be struggling a bit with it in these issues … and am getting caught up in the ‘drama’ of all the paperwork …. and going to court. You have helped in a huge way with this, so thankyou again ♥ 😀 ♥
It might NOT be a bad idea to ‘Courtesy Notice’ ALL the judges in your county, to keep them abreast of this info. Just an FYI. It cannot hurt, eh?!

Hi Kim, Thank you for sharing your story. I have a situation with my home. I am a mother of 4 young children, soon to be separated from my husband. Our house is going to be sold auctioned off at the court house on August 26th. We are trying to come up with the $2000 to pay for a Bankruptcy so we can delay getting put out on the streets. Is there any way we can use any of the OPPT Filings to help us this far in the game? We have no where to go and not enough money to move anywhere.

I bought my home in 08, was accused of non payment after 1 year of on time payments. They wrecked my credit even though i have bank statements proving i always paid. Every lawyer i talked to said nothing could be done, welcome to Indiana, haha. After winning 2 small claims cases against them myself, they still continued to bill me false claims after they breached the contract, fed up, i stopped paying. 3 years of non-payment later, default foreclosure…After being in chapter 13, stopping it to re-start again, Im back researching OPPT again. Why cant i find any documents? URGGG. I played their game the way they asked and yet they are still screwing me beyond the norm and I had enough. I’m ready to do this but my god im having a hard time finding what to do and the documents to use. Can anyone help me? Link me? Any info would be much appreciated. If I can succeed, I will spend every waking minute educating others on how to do the same. This NWO must end and this is the way.
Sorry, Joe – I know you posted in Aug. but I’ve only just seen your post. Has anyone responded yet? Is your requirement still current and, if so, what do you need help with? Which docs. are you looking for? I have a file with all the original UCC filings. It’s quite large so I could send it by ‘Dropbox’ perhaps.

Hi Mia, thanks for replying. Update….I am back in chapter 13 for the second time, I am pretty much buying my time til i spring all this OPPT info on the criminals in charge. I have send out 2 courtesy notices, this was about 2 small bills, not the house stuff yet. Success on 1 CN, been over 4 months, no response. The second CN i didn’t do properly but after studying more, it will be done properly within the next few days. So back to the house, iv been in chapter 13 now coming up on month number 2, i am not paying them but a few hundred so i dont know how much time i can stall, i dont want to stall cause i know the truth but i must be prepared. My plan was to study much more while i have the time, then i will be sending CN’s to the Bankster and their lawyers. I need to prepare because i dont expect an easy fight, i expect to end up in court. 1 big problem now is, the only stage left to evict me is a sheriff sale, once im out of 13 officially, they will order a sheriff sale within 30 days and idk if i can stop the criminal sheriff, and i mean that literally, i know of this man personally, so i must inform with CN’s, the sheriff and the clerk of court, so they know they will be filing fraudulent documents if they accommodate the law firm or bank. What i need and hope to find in OPPT is a way to stop the sheriff using their own bs laws because i dont think he will pay any attention to the CN and i dont wanna fight this while homeless. If i could just stop the sheriff, even temporarily to give me time to battle the lawyer/court who is ordering the sheriff, i believe i will beat these criminals because i have truth and law on my side. Im not working but im surviving by doing side work in my trade, so if i have to leave, its gonna be tough. Any help, ideas or recommendations are welcome 🙂

I’m not sure how I can help further other than to say that there is a CN to deal with every situation, be it ‘past’ ‘present’ or any ‘future’ threatened action. Clearly, I am not in a position to offer specific advice as every individual’s situation is different; however, the principles are the same. (I’m afraid I don’t know what ‘chapter 13’ is. I guess it’s something specific to the U.S.) You say you’ve already had success with a CN so you know that the process works, if it’s done correctly. I would like to counsel that you take care with your ‘expectations’ as, for sure, the Universe will deliver what you expect – it knows no other way 🙂 so how about ‘expecting’ a positive result instead of a ‘negative’ one, hmmm? There is no reason that I’m aware of why multiple parties cannot be CN’d simultaneously, provided you have letters, summons’, threats of action of any kind.
I would also suggest that you read the rest of the threads on here (if you haven’t already) are there seem to be many & varied situations to also offer some guidance with your own personal situation.
We have to walk our own path in the end tho’ and start by having the confidence that you KNOW what the true situation is but that perhaps others don’t – we’re helping them by trying to inform them.
I hope this helps in some way but, in the end, it’s your call about how you choose to DO in your own situation, as I don’t believe there is anyone in a position to offer black ‘n’ white ‘advice’ as such. Trust your own inner tools of resonance – then you’ll KNOW. Don’t forget to set your intent too – this is a vital component.

On the http://www.I-uv.com website, download the Courtesy Notice, the Foreclosure Flyer and print out Scott’s article on http://www.wakeupworld.com/oppt-in/ where he talks of HOW we (OPPT) came to where we currently ARE!! It’s about 12 pages after you copy and paste it into a PDF file, but it explains the whole scenario of the criminal element that has been enslaving EVERYBODY on the planet, and the foreclosure of those corrupt entities! The people you will send out the Courtesy Notice to, will be the CEO of ANY and ALL banks, mortgage companies, servicers, etc!!! Even Phone companies, Water companies, Electric companies, etc, might be a good idea, but we risk them turning OFF those services…….?? Not sure how we handle that!! But send out an INVOICE from the CN Fees, depending on what they send you!! All the fees are listed on the CN, and that is what you will ‘bill/invoice’ them when they send you a ‘bill’!! peace and love, bhaz2

I have a question about the interview. Kim Beckett talks about “the 4 points Heather mentioned” which are questions to determine if a loan was ever made. I’ve seen/heard reference to these questions, in fact Heather mentions them in an interview with Brian but in the 2+ hours she never says what the questions are!
Can anyone provide or offer a link to, the questions that need to be answered to prove that a loan was made? I’m in the middle of a foreclosure and would dearly love to be able to add these questions to my documentation. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Where is Kim? What happened?
I am still in my house. I have been sending the lawyer lots of info, links and documents and he did respond once to tell me he has received them but has not had the time to go through them all yet. So I am happily enjoying my home. I will post here again if there are any updates. I would recommend to anyone being abused and harassed by the banks to change your language surrounding this. You are not in a foreclosure, you are being threatened by bullies, don’t get sucked into the drama of the court and the paperwork. Keep it simple. Court is their game, if you are going to play their game they are likely to win. Someone said, you have to be focused on why you are there, not why they have brought you there. I was there to enlighten only, not to defend myself.

Mia, thank you for your help, to be clear, the “black and white answers” I and probably many others are looking for are pretty simple. Answers like, what if the banks lawyers disregard the CN’s and so does the sheriff and courts, then what? What if people get evicted regardless of them standing in the law, then whats next? How to enforce CN’s, How to combat a corrupt Judge while you’re standing in your common law? Those are the types of answers I was seeking, and answers that contain UCC numbers to help combat the criminals who continue to operate in the old system. I understand the concept of positive thinking and knowing your outcome but lets face it, the govt system has murdered millions of people who pray to Jesus everyday and are positive thinkers. One thing i know is lacking in this movement is the reality that “They” are not like “US” and sometimes “They” will forceably to what they want. I just recently have learned that UCC liens and other things are available, so thats great and I am still learning as I Do. Positive attitudes are a must, I agree but reality means we need UCC codes for easily foreseeable outcomes from CN’s
Daniel, Hey brother, thank you for that link. I have been trying to find people who have kept their homes from foreclosures and sheriff sales. I find a lot of the reply’s here and on FB are the OPPT people telling me I have to follow my own path, they lack the understanding that smart people learn to be successful and create their own strategy by learning from others successes and mistakes. I will be successful because of people like you passing along info that actually helps, thank you brother.

Question regarding your posted documents, I am concern with the dates. It is awesome that your mortgage have been remove, congrats. But why does your affidavit and invoice are dated of after you receive the letter saying that you are free? I’m sorry to dig into your case but I’m going to court and you will be my example…. and right now any smart lawyer will ask me why these dates are not in the proper order? Let me know and hopefully your success will help mine.

I don’t know where you see a letter saying I am free. There is only one letter from the lawyer telling me they are going to take me to court and they don’t think the CN and Foreclosure Flyer are legitimate. Then an affidavit I prepared for the hearing. And finally the Invoice I handed to the lawyer the day we were in court. That was in July. I have not had anyone harassing me since then and I am still in my house. My mortgage has not been removed or cancelled, the lawyer just stopped after realizing he was personally liable. So he decided to investigate my claims of the bank’s corruption. My assumption is that he found out it was true and he doesn’t want to proceed now.
